Delmar was a favorite at the shelter he came from in Georgia. He walks on his leash very well, especially if you don't mind an occasional twirl! Many times he shared his kennel with puppies and scared dogs. The shelter used Delmar to check another dog's temperament because he gets along so well with so many.

The shelter's trainer worked with Delmar for a short time and realized he is a very SMART pup! He is treat motivated and will be super easy to train. She felt that he was above average in intelligence - in fact, she called him a "puppy genius".  And you'd be smart, too, if you gave Delmar a chance!

Delmar's brother Pete came to 11th Hour Rescue 2 months ago and found his forever home. Now it's Delmar's turn!
