Meet Isla, a beautiful 8.5-year-old black Lab mix who is PERFECT with PEOPLE and KIDS!!  She loves belly rubs and is a great family dog. She has lived in a home with 4 children and has been nothing but wonderful and gentle with them - she loves kids. 

Isla is a playful and obedient girl who walks nicely on a leash and is housetrained. She's smart as well as eager to please the people she loves & who love her. She enjoys a ride in the car, too, if you're looking for someone to run errands with you.

Isla would need to be the only pet in the home. She has been around dogs smaller than her, off leash and on, but has never lived with them.  She will give you all the love you need though!!! She is very well mannered and would love a new furever home! Isla does prefer when her humans are home and with her, so long work hours aren't ideal for her. Some pictures on her profile are from when she was a bit less grey, which breaks our heart to know she is looking for a home again.
