Pheobe is a beautiful, sassy girl who loves to perch on a window sill and watch the birds and squirrels.  Since she is in her golden years, she is looking for a peaceful place to call home.  She gets along well with other cats but can take a little time to warm up to her human companions.  Since being surrendered by her owner who could no longer take care of her, she needed some time to relax and decompress.  But now she is ready to find her forever home!
