Frank is a super sweet doofy boy, with a sloppy tongue and a grin from ear to ear. Frank is about 2 years old and 60 lbs. He was found tied to a pole in Philadelphia, and a good samaritan took him home. He was seen by a vet and neutered, and now he is being surrendered to our rescue to find his forever family. Frank is house trained and crate trained (although he will whine a little at first). He is great with people, children and other dogs.
